Before & After

Before

Cocoa Pod's old WordPress site — didn't reflect the equipment or training arms of the business

After

Cocoa Pod Products authority site — unified 3-pillar business with AI-managed catalogs

Where Wayne started

Three separate businesses running out of one factory. No unified model, no online presence that reflected the real operation.

Three entities (chocolates, equipment, licensing) with no unified business model
Old WordPress site — didn't represent the actual product line or capabilities
Equipment sales happening over WhatsApp with no catalog or lead tracking
80+ products across 7 categories with no inventory system
No way to capture or follow up on international equipment inquiries
Training programs and wholesale channels existed but had zero online presence

What we built

We restructured the entire operation into three revenue pillars — then built the technology to run all of them.

3-Pillar Business Architecture

Before writing a single line of code, we worked with Wayne to restructure three overlapping entities into a clear model: Equipment + Training (B2B), Product Line (B2C + Wholesale), and Licensing + IP. Every page, form, and dashboard maps to a pillar.

Equipment suite pricing, wholesale channel expansion, training program bookings, SEO for Caribbean equipment market

Northcast didn't just build me a website — they helped me see my own business clearly. Three separate things became one model that makes sense. Now customers find the equipment, the chocolate, and the training all in one place. And I run it all from my phone.

Business Development

From chaos to three clear pillars

Wayne had been running a chocolate factory, an equipment supply business, and a training operation — all from the same building, all under slightly different names, with no unified strategy. Customers didn't know he sold equipment. Equipment buyers didn't know he made chocolate. Nobody knew he offered training.

Before we touched code, we sat down and restructured the entire operation into three interlocking revenue pillars: Equipment + Training for B2B clients across the Caribbean, a Product Line for retail and wholesale, and a Licensing + IP arm built around Wayne's patented WINR Winnower. Every page on the site, every form, every dashboard metric maps back to one of those three pillars.

The technology was the easy part. The real value was turning a complex, overlapping operation into a business model that scales.
