The receipts.
Two decades of craft, one through-line: systems people can step inside, talk to, and run their businesses on. Everything below shipped — for global brands, for local businesses, for the lab.
The North Face — Summit Club House
Commissioned by Alter Ego Creates, Escent Labs — the company Northcast evolved from — designed and built the immersive and experiential heart of The North Face's Summit Club House in Shanghai, opened for the 50th anniversary of the brand's iconic parka. Flagship-grade immersive work for one of the world's biggest outdoor brands.

events the space was built to host
The Everest cold room
A real freezer wrapped in 360° projection mapping — a walk-in holodeck that put visitors on the mountain.
The interactive Half Dome
A physical sculpture, projection-mapped on all sides, carrying the brand's origin story in light.
The entire digital layer
Interactive QR system flowing into a companion website — plus floor plans, CAD, and the full compliance package.

ORBI — an AI you could talk to in VR
A conversational AI assistant on Meta Quest — built years before talking to an AI in spatial computing was a category. ORBI is where the studio's patented avatar and human-computer-interaction work met its AI research: proof that the immersive craft and the AI systems are one discipline. Grant-funded research, now being brought toward market.
Enterprise systems and immersive worlds.
The Co-operators
Brought a $6B Canadian insurer's legacy, antiquated systems into the modern era — designing and prototyping a modern digital application on top of decades-old infrastructure, and clearing full enterprise insurance compliance. Proof the studio can ship inside the most regulated environments.
Journey to Self
A 40-minute, two-storey, ~90-million-pixel room-scale immersive meditation at Lighthouse ArtSpace LA — flagship-grade experiential craft that wraps the audience in light and sound.
Braun Trees
The immersive trade-show experience for a century-old, 1,200-acre Ontario tree farm: aerial film, an interactive AR tool that let buyers measure virtual trees to Braun's exact 2.5-inch harvesting standard, and a 180° VR walk through the fields. It drove a jump in booth traffic and large sales attributed straight to the experience — buyers who felt the farm changed their minds on the floor.
“From being embarrassed last year at trade shows, I'm now so proud — and we're getting new customers.”— Dave Braun, Braun Trees
